Redesigning includes: adding the detached sleeves, adding the crumb-catcher front panel, adding a fabric fan across her back, adding side skirt crinolines, adding pull-ups to back of skirt. The Redesigned version of her mother's Bridal Gown was more her style.
Bride loved her mother's dress but it was just too much fabric for her tiny frame.
For a beach wedding, this re-design was more appropriate than the sleeves and long train of the original gown.
Not only did the whole bodice have to be re-beaded to fit properly, the lower half of the huge skirt was made removable for Reception Time.
